Book a groom
Choose a time online, tell us about your dog, and we will take it from there. No deposit needed.
What you can book
A grooming appointment — a full groom, a bath and tidy, or a deshedding treatment. Appointments run from 45 minutes to two hours depending on the service and your dog. When you book, tell us the breed, the size and what you are after, and we will set aside the right amount of time so nobody is rushed.
Nail trims do not need booking. Walk in any time we are open — Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm, Saturday 8am to 1pm — and we will do them on the spot.
Times you can count on
When we give you a time, we keep it. Because every appointment is booked with its own realistic duration, we are not running late from the dog before yours, and your dog is not waiting in a crate while we catch up.
Deposits and cancellations
No deposit. You book, you turn up, you pay on the day.
If you need to cancel or reschedule, we ask for 24 hours’ notice so the slot can go to another dog. If life gets in the way and you give us less than that, there is no charge — we are flexible. Just let us know as soon as you can.
Before you arrive
- Free parking right outside.
- Please bring your dog on lead.
Let us know ahead of time about any anxiety or reactivity, so we can plan the visit around it. There is a place to tell us when you book, or you can ring us on 07 5476 8890. The more we know about your dog before they walk in, the calmer the visit will be.
